1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Spika Design website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Spika Design provides web design, branding, print design, and digital marketing services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or invoice. We typically require a deposit before work begins. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Spika Design retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused designs.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Spika Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and must be paid. Deposits are non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guanajuato, México.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
